Full Journal pdf2008-04-13 House Journal Page 2985 SB 306 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 12, 2008, calendar (page 2942), was read the third time: SENATE BILL NO. 306 "An Act relating to the adoption of conservation, development, and utilization regulations by the Board of Game to address concerns relating to public assets." Representative Keller placed a call of the House. Representative Samuels rose to a point of order regarding impugning the motives of others. The Speaker cautioned members not to impugn motives. Representative Nelson rose to a point of order stating that a member should not assign motives. The Speaker cautioned members to stay to the subject of the bill. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall SB 306 pass the House?"
